Mrsauce Starlight Vrcfury-UE FT Help

Hii I had gotten my hand son the Mrsauce FT-Addon and sculpted a head and before moving forward in my project I wanted to make sure it worked. Well I pulled it from blender and now trying it in unity and it has all the blend shapes, but I don't know how to make it work. I am so new to face tracking if someone would please help me get it working on the model. You can explain it to me or I can leave the unity file in a link for someone to work on. I really want to learn how to do this.
