You may be using outdated clothing for old rex rig

@Michaelsch Can you show a screenshot of the avatar with the clothes not working?

Random guesses for why it may not be working:
You need to add VRCFury armature link to the clothing
in the armature link modifier in the advanced settings sometimes turning off Align Position, Align Rotation, and Align Scale works if its following the mesh but its slightly off to the side or something
The clothing could be not weight painted for the rex model that you are using like @devonda745 said
Or the creator of the clothes just did a awful job at weight painting the clothing in the first place

It just depends on what the actual issue looks like so a image would help

@Michaelsch it could be that the shirt doesn't have any of the breathing blend shapes that the rexouium has or like I said the weight painting is just that bad/not made for this newer model. Just to test it out if it is a toggle I would turn off the breathing toggle and see if that works.

@Thisistest2 The breathing toggle was removed already, just starts clipping when i sit in any way and the shirt does have a breathing blend shape but also didn't work before hand

if there’s hide blendshapes look for those and link those with vrcfury

toggle -> ( add the stuff ) -> toggle object -> ( add what ur trying to toggle on with this button ) -> + button next to the - -> blendshape -> blendshapes like “shrink chest” or “shrink torso” or those with “hide”
