In unity at the top(where you see VRChat SDK and stuff. You should see "TriturboFT", click it and click the avatars name.I window will pull up, drag your avatar from the hagiarchy into the slot, I recommend clicking "apply face tracking as new" it will give you a separate avatar, upload that avatar and done. It gives you its own menu in VRChat to turn on or off the ft along with other settings.
