-Import Framework and Blendshape
-Import Face tracking
In unity at the top(where you see VRChat SDK and stuff. You should see "TriturboFT", click it and click the avatars name.

I window will pull up, drag your avatar from the hagiarchy into the slot, I recommend clicking "apply face tracking as new" it will give you a separate avatar, upload that avatar and done. It gives you its own menu in VRChat to turn on or off the ft along with other settings.
