LF: Trying to find this specific hair on this Gothic Miku.

The twintails are for sure the ANKA long twintail scaled up and using the type_1 blendshape. As for the rest of the hair, it looks like the creator has gone in with a mesh delete tool to remove the wolfcut from the default hair and then has scaled up the remaining spiky pigtails either in blender or with MA scale adjuster.
