despite being 'diligent' with instructions it becomes stiff as a board when i upload it to vrchat. care to explain what i did wrong?

@Rascal24 i had no problems uploading it in a fresh unity project. not sure if you think i can see your screen through your eyes but more information would be helpful

HAD uploaded v8, seems Workupload has the content on a known Hash list to Auto-delete as clicking on "Save Now" to get the sharable link leads it to being already deleted. the other services the forums allow dont allow a 4GB Upload. (everything SPPS and all is little over 4GB)
