I don't know why, but it seems to me that this model is significantly different from the one TexGon shows in his renders. It's very low-poly and has serious lighting issues (especially on the hat). I'm hoping I just misconfigured something, but for now it looks really bad...

@ImaKun The lightning is just way different, it's fixable.

@ImaKun I fixed the low poly! You need to add subdivision surface modifiers to every part. Also, yeah, the guy who provided the model didn't give the texture folder, which you need to fix the pupil switching

I've already fixed several bugs in the rig regarding armature; everything is corrected just like in the video. I'm fixing the textures now; I just need to figure out a way to add some drivers.
