Unknown shader help!

I ripped Michael6521's Fantoccio avatar and the eyes and mouth have a shader that uhhh... I do NOT recognize it. Any replacement ideas? The mouth and eyes are 2d, and the pupils move around the eye like a following eye! The rest of the textures are poi toon

try liltoon and then tweak it to match the shaders? seems like that one is a custom shader of his own
