I need help with swaping the hands on this avi

i dont like the 1.1 hands and i have no clue how to swap the hands with like a female fighterz model hands because on the 1.0 the hands are way to thick and on the 1.1 the hands are too thin and look weird
if anybody could do it for me or tell me how to do it, itd be an amazing help!
