Why not doing that one by yourself? It is very simply and just a work of 5 minutes in blender and poi or mochie shaders in unity.
@blapanda some people have no idea on where to even start on blender. Which of the thousand of tutorials is right for this one specific thing?

Modelling a simple diamond shape like that is easy. You don't need to search specifically for "THAT ONE TUTORIAL", but a regular "how to move and manipulate a mesh". This shouldn't be tedious, if you really wanted to learn how to do it yourself.
Take a look and repeat the steps. Basic movement knowledge may help, if struggling, look at the lower left corner for the key inputs.
