You don't need to search specifically for "THAT ONE TUTORIAL", but a regular "how to move and manipulate a mesh". This shouldn't be tedious, if you really wanted to learn how to do it yourself.

It is very simply and just a work of 5 minutes in blender and poi or mochie shaders in unity.
