how to make this avatar into a base

Hello! I'm trying to make Graveteeth's Lilith into a base, aka fully nude. I have no clue what I'm doing, so if anyone can help, that would be lovely. I'm going to link it below in case anyone wants to take a crack at it !

is there anyways you can share the fbx file instead? it wont let me open it in my blender because its not reading as a .blend.

also what is it exactly that you want done to the model? a remesh/retexture or a complete rigging for vrc?
