Yeah?? Looked up their socials, all deleted with their bio turned to a schizo rant about how someone asked if they "Liked kids" and they "Couldn't say yes but couldn't lie either."

If you don't think bragging about doing lewd things in an avatar literally meant to look like a child is enough proof, you have issues yourself and should see a professional.

Setup an Easy NSFW Modification for the Delphy Kobo Simply Import the assets into the project and drag the new scene into the Hierarchy It includes SPS Orifices and a Penis

You will Need
Poiyomi and VRCFury in your project along with the avatar (Obviously)
