Godfall edit: LF Items used

saw this avatar, they told me it was a godfall edit, I thought it looked dope, I know the eyes, but I would like to know the texture used/clothing, if anyone could help it'd be much appreciated -

do you know by chance who this person is? maybe i can ask them what they used or where they got the clothes from (i have friend who is on the godfall server maybe they can find out more about it and help us)
