    What is this creator using that achieves this kind of soft textured, shaded lighting effect? I'm not sure what to call it. Any ideas or pointers would be appreciated!

      It kinda seems like they’re ran through ai to make the lighting better

        all of them except the last one look almost like blender the subsurface scattering and the reflections look too accurate to be just unity by itself imo.
