Rank Levels?

I've never really paid much attention to the ranks here, and didn't even realize how much I've leveled myself.
What are all the ranks? What do the rest of them do? I know certain ones are to DM, and do certain things but I couldn't find much info about them. If there is a forum with this info please link! I'm just curious.
