Looking for a Native Chinese User

There is an avatar I am wanting to purchase, but it can only be purchased via a website that requires an account, which requires phone number verification. Chinese phone numbers are the only thing it allows. If someone could please reach out to them on my behalf and ask if there is an alternative way to buy their models I would appreciate it.
I already know that no one owns the avatar package because it's upload only and was released after vrchat's latest update which encrypted vrca files.

Also, please don't tell me to just buy a burner number. China changed it many years ago where you can only have a phone number if you go to China in person. For foreigners, you get a temp number if you give them your passport. With native Chinese folk they provide their I.D. You can no longer get a valid Chinese number, and any apps claiming they do are just scammers. Don't bother.
