Anyone else having this issue when trying to open the project? I'm relatively new to unity and this has never happened before.

@Meep_Beep In my experience, it happens when you have avis that kinda overlap in the same project or can be a package error.
Honestly I just "ignore" every time and nothing has gone wrong

i had an issue uploading these avatars because it costs too much memory, but i selected all the texture files and converted them to 1024 size and it uploaded good. i did install the prerequisite vcc plugins listed but i didnt know how to use them. i dont notice a visual difference after compression
