I’ve spent a lot of relics and haven’t gotten anything. Is there any undetectable hack that could force the enchantment I want or improve my chances?
@Fur-Fennec On Desktop, open VRC once on Steam with all your relics and enter a Fish instance. Then go to your VRC Folder and open it again using the launch.exe then join another Fish instance.
In the first instance do your rolls and keep the 2nd one as backup.
If you got the roll you wanted close the backup and then close the one you rolled, if not close the one you rolled then the backup. -

I ended up settling for a purple enchantment that gives me a 40% attraction rate. I have the Desert Rod, and without an enchantment it takes a long time for a fish to bite. Once I have a lot of relics to roll, I’ll try to get a gold attraction enchantment or the red one—either of those would work for me. But the purple one saved me since my rod ended up with 50%. Thanks again; I didn’t know about that method. I hope they never fix it, hahaha.

Download Link (pixeldrain.com) here is my private fork of abligail/vrc-fish, i'm pretty much done with the game so IDC anymore. i won't teach you how to compile this, so don't ask me. i'm not here to teach you how to cheat. the packaged config is the one i use for most spots. i didn't do any improvements to make it work better at fish pools in the ocean.i also won't post it to github or PR it as i am simply too lazy to create a throwaway GH account and don't want to expose myself. thank you abligail, if you are here, for publishing your code to GH for us.

added logic from dumped udonsharp (thank you @lucian for providing this to us
) for minigame, to significantly improve catch ratio. it can confidently catch any tier of fish with nearly no failures once setup properly. catch highest difficulty fish with no difficulty, lower difficulty fish are caught essentially as fast as the minigame allows. -
added "minigame only" mode. this is still pretty limiting, just due to some opencv limitations. you cast and do all the clicks, it just completes the minigame. by doing manual inputs with the minigame only mode, your catch volume will be huge due to how fast it completes the minigame; generally way faster than a human will.

addressed a few other "wait" times in the app that simply aren't necessary or are inefficient during ui matching to speed up catching, including significantly improving accuracy at the start of the minigame.

it allows background fishing, so VRC does not need to be in the foreground. the only limitation here is that we cannot move the mouse without focus in windows due to EAC blocking a few input methods, and VRC (unity...) simply ignoring some others. if you are running it in the background, you'll probably need to move the mouse periodically. still great for having off to the side while you do other things on your pc.

there are probably still some small bugs or leftover code from other things in here i was testing with, i wouldn't blindly PR this entire fork to the original repo without review. i'm too lazy to fix it any further.
as for usage, it's the same as before. you need to make sure the bottom of the "!" is visible if you are in full auto mode, and in both modes, the minigame needs to be as "centered" in the screen as possible. i recommend 60-5deg fov, same game resolution as it sets in the config. don't make it bigger.

Just my opinion, but I don’t think VRChat is going to ban avatar-spawned colliders just because it was brought up.
It would be difficult for VRChat to remove or block them since the PhysBone system and avatar Contacts both rely on colliders to function. Those are core avatar systems.Edit: Fuck me I guess. Didn't realize they just flip a switch and boom no colliders and seats...
This feels more like a world design issue. If a game relies on players progressing in a certain way, the world should control that through proper setup like LODs, mesh toggles, or progression-based collision rather than relying on platform restrictions.
Im also a Kitbasher for worlds (But i dont monetize it at least nor ever would unless i 100% made everything)

They patched it, but still permanently banned me right after this message.
I have never posted it anywhere, never mentioned it, and yet they treated me like a threat when I was nothing but protecting the game.I am also not responsible for the surge of moded client who are targeting their bad coding that wipe people save, which i could have told them how to secure it but couldn't since i am blocked and banned.
I was also a patreon and a vrceconomy contributor on my main account.
And lastly, they have been banning and blocking anyone who have any opinion about the game that is not praising them like some god or licking their asses.I might be unhinged, but i am not a total retard.

In my opinion its not worth threatening people as you may find yourself in more harm than its worth. Can't tell you what to do / not to do but I just don't think its a good idea. End of the day they are making peanuts off of this world because most people's in-game purchases come from the Lunar New Year credit handout.
Morons are plentiful, saw some guy in their discord earlier talking about wanting to "buy event currency with real money" in relation to the St. Paddys day clovers. So its not worth saving brain for them.
VRC has always been a social platform first and game platform second so there's absolutely no way someone born from that could be good at game development; knowing what's fun, secure, or what's right to do.
VRC has in modern times indirectly rewarded those who upload unoptimized sloppy assets/avatars/worlds and its no surprise that Fish! has been an extreme clusterfuck too. (side note the VRC+ rewards are another great slop example)
Not sure what goes into the work you do to get these files but for certain there is a specialized skill present that is worth a lot more than a threat against a poorly competent team that wouldn't be going far without connections.
