Is there a modded client that can bypass the latest EAC and dump the VRCA files instantly

Lately, I’ve seen so many avatars getting ripped and I have no idea how they're doing it. I even ran into someone in-game who was live-streaming the process using what looked like a modded VRChat client. Does anyone know which client or tool they’re using for this?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
