Search for public "[private]" avatars?

Public avatars are searchable in avatar search worlds of course, but as described in the prismatic avatar search world faq, a way that creators can essentially keep public avatars "private" is by putting "[private]" anywhere in the description of an avatar. I tested this in multiple other avatar search worlds and even websites, and have found not one that can show these avatars. Is there a method or way anyone knows how this avis can be viewed, or is it just impossible?
