There is a user that actually has it uploaded on vrc, though it's private and my specific ripper can't get it. If anyone else has some other ripper, then maybe they could get it. I can't get the ID but the author is ToastedDrago and the name is Dukesmith Aggron.

sorry, still stuck with University Projects and haven't had much progress on the model.
My external drive isn't with me as well, so I can't share new links until I get home in like a week or two.Which is then I should have free time to resume the project.

Here's a preview of the progress so far.
Mostly some initial mesh cleanup and remade the tail armature since it only had 4 bones and distorted heavily when it was bent.
I haven't ever worked on a model that was going to be used in VRC so I'm not sure what things I should include or exclude from a standard blender model.
So if some of you could inform me of which things to prioritize, that would speed up the process quite a lot.

Even if I don't, I will still share the blender file of how for I did get.
Fully agree that too many people have dropped working on it and not shared what they made. -
