what are all the formatting methods and options?

i've seen collapsing tabs and whatnot, but can't figure out how to do that myself.
maybe i'm just dumb.
however.

i wanna figure out how to do that, and potentially learn any other things i have yet to discover.

There's a help option in the top right corner of your post editor. For collapsing tabs, just type in ">>" before whatever it is that you want to write.
