@Nisky this only has lumina in it? its also missing shaders and everything, when i open it, its just the prefabs the the FBX

it's fine? make sure you're actually importing the materials pack. also assets don't ship with shaders generally. the materials are setup for liltoon, so make sure you have that imported already before importing the materials pack. you should have liltoon or poiyomi added via vcc/alcom to your project.
Stop using WinRAR. It often creates corrupted zips or does not properly unpack archives, leaving you with missing files.
Use 7zip, it's not 2005 anymore. -

@ng when extract the folder Overay_Bikini_Fullset.rar, inside is only 168_Lumina.unitypackage
not sure if im doing something to mess it up or not -

Stop using winrar tbh. It loves to make broken archives. Use 7zip and you have no issues. if you still can't see the files idk what to tell you.
