It loves to make broken archives. Use 7zip and you have no issues. if you still can't see the files idk what to tell you.

it's fine? make sure you're actually importing the materials pack. also assets don't ship with shaders generally. the materials are setup for liltoon, so make sure you have that imported already before importing the materials pack. you should have liltoon or poiyomi added via vcc/alcom to your project.
