SPS / SETUP Help me please with these PP

Hi everyone I bought a new asset that is a PP, but is only in a Blender File and I really don't know a lot of Blender :C, soo I would appreciate if anyone can make these pp work on VRChat (unity) and having these typical throbbing animation like in these video:
Im just trying to get the FBX with a "IDLE" animation created to look like the GIF, bcs all the SPS Setup and that stuff I can make it by my own, BUT I SUCK at Blender.
Obviously if you setup all the PP to be "READY TO USE" then is very welcome.
