In the descriptor, scroll down to the bottom. You should see something that says prefab ID, clear it. Once you clear it and then upload it, it'll put a new ID onto it.

I know unity, but I don’t completely understand this new sdk update, can someone explain it to me better?

Figured it out, apparently VRC has JUST made a change making it so that you can't upload avatars BEFORE SDK Version 3.9.0 (According to reddit)

Yup and it seemed to have fixed it, weird change tbh cause now all the previous SDK versions are useless
