Help + Tips on fixing a vrca

ive tried fixing vrcas myself in the past but i can never get it to fully be what it was pre rip cause everything breaks
ive gotten slightly better at it but now im encountering this problem
Ive never run into this and tried asking chatgpt but i couldnt figure it out
does anyone know what to do with this?

I've also been running into the same problem, and the way i upload is by persisting until it publishes. If anyone knows how to fix it or why its been happening lately i also would be looking forward for answers.
