Know anyone to commission for military themed avatars?

I've been wanting to commission someone that specializes in making military themed avatars, and somehow this seems too niche for me to find on my own. References for the type of military avatars I'm looking for are from Military Dreamer and Hyeon Graymore+ on twitter.
I'm fine with Booth avatars being used, as long as they'd look somewhat like the character I want made. If anyone could help point me in the right direction, then I'd be extremely grateful.

100% chances he’s a scammer.If you want to talk to actual avatar makers, you should visit the Discord server VRCTraders. I don’t have the link but it should be easy to find either on Google or via the official VRChat server.
