How to rip avatars from cache?

I put up a post looking for 3 avis that got privated but I know they're still in my cache. How can I find and rip them from it? And if I can, how do I do it safely so I don't get banned? These avis mean a lot to me and I'll do just about anything I can to get them back.

there's a process about opening your vrc files and taking it from there, but you need to know which one of the files has your models,, and theyre not exactly... coherent, and named.

FAC Utilities will help you repair the vrca file in order to make it into a model.
there's a few youtube tutorials that can help. cache ripping isnt something that can.. ban you as of right now.

i know there is a new way to rip, but im not sure how, some other threads might be a little more helpful!
