Downloading Avis with an id

@boopsoup From other services yes, from Ripperstore no, and I assume the way Ripperstore's worked is it just downloaded off the ID of whatever was already on Ripperstore's servers and it just so happened it had a majority of the avatars logged people wanted, worst case scenario, SARS exists and that can be used to in essence do the same thing, otherwise you could always cache rip too which wont get the Quest side though if it exists
