Need help with Baddie avatar from Dyzzy

So when i imported the avatar into unity, the avatar itself was fine. Nothing was missing and all the assets were there.
but for some reason the toggles don't work, not one of them.
I checked the build to see if all of them were synched, which they were, I messed around with the menus for a bit to see if that would fix anything, but nothing worked at all.
I'm not exactly sure what to do and the site i got the avatar from had the comments disabled, so im out of luck. I'm not sure if its an error on my end or in the avatar files, but i don't know where to look.
please help me! -
