I've tried to mess with the avatar I shared a bit more, so I'll pass off what little I've found out. It seems the avatar uses the Motchiri shader (and maybe the Marshmellow PB?). I unfortunately couldn't figure out a whole lot at all. I DO know how to fix a specific error you might get in the console. If you end up getting error CS0246 "liltoonInspector," here's a super easy/fast vid to fix it after you import the Motchiri shader. https://youtu.be/1itW8tVG4n0?si=1VTvhTYYtpNTgj3S
I think ultimately since it's a custom avi for someone specific, it'll boil down to just guessing what goes where, and how the scripts were specifically tailored.

@Domíno you can use assetripper to convert it to folders with most of the project but you would have to basically rebuild the avi

I haven't had time to fix the avatar for Christmas but I'm almost done -
It's practically usable, but the physbones, toggles, and assets that are there but don't function still need polishing. If anyone wants it, just message me on Discord and I'll send you the Google Drive link. I'll be updating it whenever I can and will upload each new version to a Google Drive folder.

I practically fixed it, in a very basic way but it works: physbones, toggles, face tracking, textures, etc.

Here's a demo made by one of the people I already sent it to. The physbones are a bit better than they look in the video, but it's practically what the avatar has.
