I was able to get the unity file/asset folders from the NSFW version vrca from another thread, but I've noticed if you keep the scripts folder, Unity does NOT like that since it looks like there's duplicate files with the base Unity SDK. If you delete the scripts completely it works, but all of the scripts, avatar descriptor, and maybe more on the avatar needs to be redone. I'm not that smart with Unity yet, but if anyone wants those files I can provide a DL link.

I've tried to mess with the avatar I shared a bit more, so I'll pass off what little I've found out. It seems the avatar uses the Motchiri shader (and maybe the Marshmellow PB?). I unfortunately couldn't figure out a whole lot at all. I DO know how to fix a specific error you might get in the console. I think ultimately since it's a custom avi for someone specific, it'll boil down to just guessing what goes where, and how the scripts were specifically tailored.

@DomΓno you can use assetripper to convert it to folders with most of the project but you would have to basically rebuild the avi
