@realfloppa i havent used ARC or SARS before how do i go about converting it to something usable for a Unity Project?

@Hartley Open ARC, go to VRCA information. Click Load VRCA, pick the file and at top you should see "VRCA FILE LOADED" after that click extract VRCA and pick folder where you want it to be extracted

I got same result. I tried tinkering with settings in poitoon, for freaking reason I cannot get it working
Nothing changed, I am lost for now

if we cant get the textures to work i might have to manually reupload the textures on the model and hope it works, fingers crossed everybody

for me it looked like uv map didnt match textures slightly, but vrca itself looked fine in assetviewer nothing weird with the textures.. Maybe custom shader was used also?

@9bot thats good you up for sending/posting a packed up project? when i tried there were missing animations as well, (iot complained it couldnt finish extraction when i tried.)

@9bot been taking a look further in it there's a missing script that i cant seem to resolve, might be something Unique by the creator.
