I went through the process of Setting this asset up with VRCFury for those who have an issue with it I also added menus and Blendshape toggles

Instructions:
Import the file into your unity project
Drag the latex suit Scene into the hierarchy on the left side
Drag the "Regulus Bodysuit" onto the name of your avatar and you're done upload and it's there
Found a post with a Mega link to Reg 2.0, which includes .spp, blender & unity files, which may or may not be what you need.
