(Solved) Persona 5 rip request (Raoul)

I already contacted the creator of the avatar (they lost the unity file a long time ago) and they gave me the fbx to the model but I have no idea how to set it all up, I have CATS add-on as well (i'm very new to blender but not unity). The issue I run into is toggling the triangle pelvis in blender I have no idea where to find that even when I look it up.
All I want to do is add Gogo-Loco to it for a friend of mine who mains the avatar so they don't have to sit in awkward positions irl to make the avatar sit. Can anybody PLEASE rip this for me? I can't DM yet because of my rank so any upvotes are heavily appreciated.
