Struggling to add texture

Purchased this for a booth model but don't understand or comprehend how to add it to the model itself and i really need help. I will need to be hand held through the process. -
Extract the material from the prefab by selecting the round circle thing that looks like a ball and right click. Click on 'Extract from prefab'
You can make a new folder for it if you want, or just extract it right there in the assets.
Once done. Drag and drop that material onto the body.
Done.
