I checked the nexus mod link that I got the mod from, looks like the mod got taken down. This doesn't impact my ability to work on this project, and frankly I'm quite confused as to why it got taken down, it's not like they can remove the files from my drive by doing so.
In the interest of preservation, here's the file of the mod that I pulled the Aggron model from
Download Link (workupload.com) (this is not the avatar, this is the mod I ripped it from which was linked further up in the chat that I am posting so people can still access it if they want)Don't have much in the way of updates, I'm still sick, been doing some of the tedious but easy stuff today just to get myself back in it
edited to add - went and looked for the forum rules out of curiosity and found that I might have been breaking them with the image uploads, so I've edited my prior posts here to remove the images and will be posting them via google drive or something in future. Sorry if I've been breaking the rules

https://streamable.com/uu25rp half of the visemes exist in some state now - most have no polish, I'm just working on making them all exist so I can get a floating head version in VRC to see how it handles speech and then tweak based on that (the link will expire in 2 days)

@Unknown_User I have no understanding of the things needed of a model to be good for Blender animation stuff, but obviously the fbx will be included and I guess I can include a second fbx that includes the extra face rigging that I'm doing to make face shapekey creation easier
@realalatoss next time I update will be when I have a floating head version in vrchat to test speech visemes, which probably won't be until the weekend or slightly after
editing to add, haven't gotten much done on her lately because I've been under the weather again, thankfully the doctor seems happy to keep throwing top shelf painkillers my way so I'm not in any pain but man my brain is foggy

@MisfitAggron I would suggest you to calm down, there is no point talking like this and something like this would happen no matter what eventually, if not by extracting the files from that mod it could happen in any other way such someone trying to sculpt the model themselves. Unlikely? yes, but I already saw something like that happening.
My point is, you can't justify blocking access from the mod for regular people just because of what is happening here and taking the mod hostage won't do anything, clearly the guys here don't care and would love to see you argue just for fun.
I would suggest to move on from this or even better, take this as a good example.
The guy that is doing the extraction could just extract the model and throw it to the wolfs but they are so invested that wants to bring your character to another game, let this happen again, make the model public just like the owner of Vela did. There will be more fan animations and projects like porting Titanium into other games like L4D, Metal Gear Rising, Stellar blade, Fallout and so such much more, if there is someone invested enough they will do it.
And what is the worst thing that could happen? People making porn? Really?But that is just my point of view, I just looking for a way to calm down everything.

whew, thought I lost access to my account but I eventually found the right email address for my password recovery
I will be on hiatus for a time. My computer is on it's last legs with often dozens of hard shutdowns a day, so I've been focusing on things I get paid for to make as much money as possible to go towards replacing parts when it does finally go kaput for the last time
If anyone has blender and unity skills and wants to pick this project up from me, let me know. If nobody with the skills for this feels like taking over, I will eventually pick this back up when things are in a better state for me - life's been throwing me curve-ball after curve-ball lately but there's always an end to the curve-balls eventually.
And no, the files are not at risk of being lost, I've made off-site backups of all of my projects

@idkjustacat I do have rigging experience using auto rig pro, so I can help finish the rig so we can finally have a usable aggron model for blender.
But I don't really have much experience with unity, so I think it's also probably better if someone great in unity could take over for the vrc side.
