VRChat creator companion, top right, add project, the folder provided unzip it, and add the project.

I'm more than guessing you did not let the zip unzip before adding the project to VCC, if that's the case you need to download 7zip and properly add the project, everyone else except you seems to be able to upload just fine. ensure you are doing everything properly.
