@Ruuu I found out how to add it to unity but i keep getting errors while uploading it in 2019 unity.
It would be great if someone made a unity file of the model as ready to upload instead of going through trial and error.

its the project, add to VCC, upload works no errors, if you error you did something wrong.

VRChat creator companion, top right, add project, the folder provided unzip it, and add the project.

I'm more than guessing you did not let the zip unzip before adding the project to VCC, if that's the case you need to download 7zip and properly add the project, everyone else except you seems to be able to upload just fine. ensure you are doing everything properly.
