Thanks, i feel stupid for not spotting it earlier

@ I want to find an avatar. I’d like to figure out how to DM you—whether here or on another platform. I made a mistake earlier by asking you to add me on Discord. Sorry about that.

Same here can someone help me rip this VRCA please https://vrchat.com/home/avatar/avtr_fa618cac-c18e-4696-b8ae-b462f5f81722

@Sythra Yeah I understand that, its why I needed help with this since I just wanted a simple model with all of it on one avatar

You have like 2 options: either you know ALOT about networking to the point you can intercept the VRCA from the VRChat servers before they get encrypted. or you search the interwebs for old archives of avatars, your cache can also work if the specific character has been used prior to the implementation of the encryption.

Oh i found the solution, there should be a button in the avatar descriptor and you check that box [image: Screenshot 2025-07-28 133517.png]

Yep, locked behind a minimum reputation.

If u can help it would be greatly appreciated

@grugnug got through you avatar objects, and you will see some of the objects have missing scripts, on your inpsector window (Right Side)< you can remove the missing script component. Or you can download/install a tool called VRChat Quest Tool as they have an option to remove missing scripts
