Why is the other thread locked

Need help I had the orc avi by jawn uploaded fine and converted it to quest before, then when I changed into it the other day the body mesh wasnt showing at all only the clothes. I tried redoing quest version (I also added some stuff to pc version and converted that to quest) and the same exact thing happened. No body mesh. It looks fine in gesture manager too..Idk whats going on.
