They're both the same hair, the back of the 2nd one back has just been changed into this https://4o4o.booth.pm/items/5372729 + twintails have been added (not sure what specific hair from but there are alot of twintail hairs + the avatar binaco's twintails look similar, theres a screenshot of what they look like if you scroll up on the post below, this is also where the dog ears came from)

(My remake does not have the middle part and isn't sculpted flawless, so if you want the hair in the picture you have to use the mmd model to make it which involves deleting the original characters pigtails/ears)
