I've managed to grab the FBX from the Unity File, it's a tad broken but I'll fix it up soon
Luckily, since the body's UVs still match Fexa's default UVs, you can use any pre-existing Fexa textures, & the overalls too, but be careful since the leg & arm warmer's share the overall's textures
The hair texture for the Fexa is up at the very top, right by her thigh, but if you have a small bit of blender knowledge, you can match it to the base-hair's texture via UV editing

Download VRCFury and install it into your Unity Project
Drag in the outfit's FBX
Add an armature link (VRCFury) and connect the outfit's hip bone to the avatar's hipbone

Download CATs Blender Plugin
Find the Avatar . Blend file (found in the Unity pack, just open up unity and find the Avatar . Blend file) for the lady you want to work with (this is very important, the way the armature is named is important)
Import the Avatar.Blend file
Import the Clothes
Merge Armatures (Bones/Armature only, uncheck everything else)

these tutorials will help you out a lot, and you'll be able to learn how to fit the succubus outfit to the different gals

If you want to make your own custom edits, I highly recommend using the Avatar.Blend files, as the regular blend Bonfie doesn't have the 'boobs' blendshape, and a completely different armature naming system compared to the outfits you'd get!

You can get the Avatar.Blend files in the unity package for her

Use VRCFury's Armature Link, then select the hips on the clothing's armature to connect it to the avatar's hips
