With the scaling fixed, you could just overwrite the original mesh Novabeast.fbx and everything should be ready to go (maybe make a backup before)
Just a note, that fbx needs a 7th material on the body, compared to the original novabeast. You have to add the same material you use on the 1st -

Only problems I found were:
\Don't add leaf bones when exporting (they weren't present in the original model and they cause problems with quest physbones limits)
\Scaling got messed up when exporting. In the original mesh, body was 2.54, in that fbx is 0.0254. Try Apply Scalings: All Local or FBX Units
