you must have python installed https://www.python.org/downloads/ and then after installing go to the fish folder click the address bar and type cmd then in the cmd panel copy and paste pip install -r requirements.txt and then it should work

@mochi4318 they are reffering to the link bar at the top of your explorer window, if you click on it, it should show the complete folder path to the current files. In this case, you erase that path and type in cmd which will summon a command prompt window where you can paste "pip install -r requirements.txt" without the quotes.
