So Ive been making some headswaps for fun and thought id share a few of them!

Here is a list of what I have

Kisha Head + Milltina body (with flat. theres a slight thing i forgot which is parent the tail to the body but it can be easily fixed in unity or blender)

Nix Head + Shinano body

Rindo Head + Shinano body

Shinano head + Milltina body (does not include the original shinano ears and tail)

Wendy head + Shinano body

Milltina head + Manuka body

THEY ARE JUST THE FBX FILES

you'll need to source the original unity packages for the textures

Instructions:

1. Import both the head and body's unity packages into your project
2. Drag and drop or download the fbx into your unity project
3. Use Pumpkin avatar tools to transfer things like physbones and colliders to your model
4. Edit and such to your hearts content

FAQ:

• No, I wont make the unitypackages for you
• You can easily search for the original models here on the forum somewhere unless the DL for them isnt working or taken down
• Other than the instructions put here, no I wont provide you with further instructions unless there is a bug/ editing error on my part
• If the link ever goes down for some reason, lmk by @-ing me on this post and i'll get it reuploaded when i can
• Any textures made for the body/ head/ hair will still work as I have not done any UV re-mapping or atlasing
• Any clothes made for the body base will work, stuff like hats may need to be adjusted accordingly
• If there are any requests for headswaps, lmk just know I have a life off the internet and I will make it in my free time or have interest in making it

@captivity i thought about doing that but ended up scrapping it. I can try it again though if everyone really would like it. I also plan on a selestia x milltina and a manuka x milltina but a rurune x shinano can be made too~!

im not sure if youre open to a ton of requests, but would you be able to do shinano head with kumaly body, please?
i was going to attempt it myself, but I'm not sure how to go about it- do you use a tool?

@lemonshark i do it all in blender since it is, imo, the simplest way. Theres no tool, its all by hand. The only tool i really use is CATS to delete bones and merge the armatures together pretty much.
You can do it without using CATS, but i use it to the process goes by faster.

@RyuKumiko Manuka head Milltina body! I did this one myself so hopefully its okay i removed the hair but kept stuff like the bra, garters and panties
