Edit: It appears there's some confusion as to what the below information is. It's a personal, observational, review of my experiences with the avatar.

Helped a friend setup their Amber over the weekend. We got to looking at what the NSFW [edition] includes...
Has its own penis, throbbing animation and SPS, but that's about it. No soft to harden, just pops out Hard. No drip, no cumming. Easy to swap out for a different one; attached to the Hip armature.
Pussy...is very lacking. While I sit here and write, I think there's some shape to it, that's about it. Some shape and texturing. I'll let this pass, I'm in no position to argue this, but just feels lazy...The pussy is still there (blendshape blurs it, some) when the penis is in use, while I've seen other avatars literally hide it in form or another. Speaking of Blendshapes, there is otherwise none for the pussy. Other than the one for when the penis is out, there's no animation. No SPS animation, no touch animation, nothing, just an SPS toggle.
I forgot to see what the butt has, but other than Cheek blendshapes to customize the cheeks, there was nothing that stuck out as anus controls. I do not recall seeing any shape or texture for the ass, I'm presuming it's there, I'll have another chance to look later.
Boobs have size controls, including a flat chest option, a lot more blendshapes for them than the penis, pussy, or ass. Tit slider to make them hard.
On a side note, there is a lot of sliders for each piercing. So if you're looking to remove and never use them, wish you luck on the performance side, the polygons and material file (minimal) will otherwise always be there.
Avatar does use VRCFury, but as someone who's seen other avatars use it, VRCFury isn't used that much, and all the acessories are not "that modular", as the FX, params, and menu options are baked into the avatar's main FX. Old school methods to remove and adjust, not a big stopper, but can good potential in a new update.
I do not own nor hold a copy of the avatar myself.

@Robert I'm not sure where you're lost. I gave a personal review of the avatar's NSFW options and capabilities. If there's something incorrect, by all means, inform me.
It's on sale, and worth it for the sale price.
The full price plus extra for the NSFW bits, in my opinion, not worth the difference.
