import this into your unity package manager https://github.com/oculus-samples/Unity-Movement?tab=readme-ov-file and install, and go to samples on this and import body tracking or face tracking that are in the sames, the metaman avatar should be in there.

I forgot to mention as well but after you imported the sample you can uninstall the package so you don't get unity compiling errors
